I have been a customer of Best Cleaner for over 10 years . I also use "Samoia" (sp) at the Delmar store for all my alterations, she is the best. I only uses BC. It is very efficient to leave a credit card on file to speed up the drop off and pick up service. That said, I wish they would go back to having the Shirts and pants all together as it doubles my wait time.
Came in to Best Cleaners Latham location with an urgent need for a shirt to be done for a funeral the same day. The you lady at the counter, I believe her name was Amanda took came of my issue right away. Would recommend Best Cleaners, Latham highly.
I came in with an emergency need of a shirt needing to be done same morning as a funeral I need to attend. The young lady working the counter, I believe her name was Amanda was fantastic and helped me out when I needed it most. Best Cleaners Latham’s staff were excellent it taking care of me.
A little more expensive then thought but I needed my suit within 24 hrs
The alterations I bring in are always impeccably done. This time a coupon was sent out for 15% off....I really appreciated that. :-)
Bea the seamstress did a great job! Unfortunately, I do think the dry cleaning cost is too high.
