First time I used that location. When I dropped off my clothes, the young lady helped me with the App and updating my information...very personable and helpful. When I picked up the clothes, very Easy and quick. Very pleasant experience!

Everything was done on time and correctly. When I went to pick it up I had to use the drive up, which I had never done before. The staff person was friendly and polite and without my asking offered to put my items in the back of the car, did so and hung them up. Given the times we are in it was a pleasant and positive experience.

I feel I had a very good experience. The lady who I spoke to was very nice when I dropped my sweater off and when I picked it up. I was very surprised that my first cleaning was free.
