My dry cleaning was perfect, but I feel that I should have also received the current week's promotion for $6.50 blouses. I dropped my items off on a Friday, and picked up on a Tuesday. It seems like the promotion should also apply for those who pick up the week of the promotion.

Everything was great but I would have given a 5 if the person that checked me out would have asked if I had any coupons. I was in a rush picking up and forgot to give my coupon to her until after the transaction went through. Therefore I paid the price I wasn’t expecting. I feel it was overpriced but a coupon would have helped. It would be great customer service to ask your customer if they have coupons. It is very appreciated.

I go to the store on Cedar St. The folks who work there are so friendly and helpful I enjoy bringing my clothes to them.
