Your representatives at the front counter are very professional, polite, and greets me with a wonderful big smile. The African-American representative is especially nice and always asks if there are any minor repairs and/or stains present on my garments. Brought in my wife’s dress that is dry clean only but had gotten wet. Turnaround was next day it looks great. Price was unexpectedly high but hard to complain.
