I actually wish I could give this place no stars. This place is so far downhill… I don’t even know where to begin in saying how bad my experience in working here was. The Workers definitely need to be paid more! All that hardwork and no real lunch breaks. Smh… this world is ending. Hopefully they finally take that “Floater” position down too. Nobody is EVER gonna want that. And if they do, they definitely won’t be happy doing it! …

May 17th 4:00 my wife soon to be ex wife decided to clean all of her garments. She was allowed to use my account by simply giving my name and used a debit card to pay for such items. . $200 later I found this on my statement and brought this to the attention of. The staff told me I had a card on file and she just used my account. This did not make any sense to me as I have not dry cleaned items for years. The dry cleaning was fine, but the representative did not give me an estimate of how much it cost and I was shocked to pay almost $60 when I picked them up. I would not have given her all of the clothing items had I known how much they would be.

You shrunk my sweater!! It is 100% wool, labeled dry clean only! Came back half the size and obviously washed. This sweater was hand made and purchased last year in GALWAY IRELAND! I expect a phone call and a full refund plus cost of the sweater.
