I've always been fond of Baryames' dry cleaning; however, I had a very bad experience with the seamstress at the Creyts location as well as customer service. I took some pants into have hemmed with cuffs. I got them back the next day and they were multiple folds of the fabric creating a big and heavy bunch of fabric at the end of my pants. I asked them to correct it and they tried. They sewed them with a very small cuff which was crooked. In addition, it hadn't been pressed and the cuffs folds were sloppy. Also we need multi temp wash. Currently things that can be washed at a cool or cold temp must be dry cleaned at an exorbitant cost. This is simply unexceptable

Cost is out of control, working to change wardrobe due to the cost increase, I think it has doubled since the signup just 10ish years ago

There was no way to get past the screen that asks about how I want to use your services. I chose AT OUR STORES, but it would not take that choice, and I have no need for pick up or delivery..
