Door to door service is great
Balfurd has always done a great job for me
Everything was dry cleaned as requested.
It took a really long time to get my jacket back, but I was pleasantly surprised! The clasp of the zipper broke off and the intern who checked me in wasn't sure if they could replace it or have to replace the entire zipper. They managed it and it only cost me $6!
