It had actually been so long since I had something dry cleaned that I wasn't in the system--I had used a landline instead of a cell phone! Nice to see text communication now. It came in handy to know my cleaning was ready early. And the quality of the cleaning is still top-notch.
It's always a good experience at balfurds. The road to get their leaves a little bit to be desired. But that will get better. I have no problems no complaints with balfurds
Great! All three things I put in to be dry cleaned were returned to me in a timely manner and on hangers and in plastic. Very convenient being able to drop off at Briscos in Burnham and pick up from there as well.
I received outstanding service in the alterations department. They were able to do everything I asked in a quality manner.
Recently again the my dress shirts are being delivered with creases in them and past two deliveries my pants are wrinkled. I am curious the past couple times if the pants have been pressed. I really do like Balfurd cleaners but sometimes I am not sure about the people doing the pressing. May be working to fast. I will keep doing my business there because once I have an issue it’s usually resolved and the clothes look good again.
