I am new to the area. I am pleased with the service but, was shocked that the prices are almost twice as much to my previous cleaners.

My old wool jacket now looks fresh and the colors are bright. Unfortunately your staff did not clean off the mud on the outside of the pockets and along the zipper before drycleaning and some of the mud remained. Your representative offered to clean the mud for no extra charge but I decided it would be simpler for me to take the jacket home and brush or sponge off the remaining mud.

Hi, Margaret! We cannot wash wool without a wet cleaning release from you, which is why it was only dry cleaned. This is also what we went over when you came to pick up, since dry cleaning will not remove heavy stains like mud, and wet cleaning wool can always risk some shrinkage.
