I had to bring back an alteration for further, unanticipated work (my fault, not Balfurd's). The tailor cheerfully did an excellent job and charged an incredibly low price for her work.

Efficient check in and pick up. Reasonable price. Good cleaning of my coat. I like that they use “green” cleaning methods. Not sure exactly what that means but I hope it’s less toxic than the old stuff.
Balfurds always does an amazing job on dry cleaning many of my clothes, rugs, and bedspreads. Their attention to detail is impressive and much appreciated
