You did well, but I wish you had contacted me when it was cleaned
Excellent service! I had 3 items dropped off, requesting next day pick. Very happy .. my only issue was the charges were not itemized.. it was one charge. It would be helpful to know the cost of each item.. the total was $45.I would definitely use Balfurds again I would definitely use Balf

The Thursday morning counter assistant is amazing. Knows my name and has my order ready before I'm in the door. She is the best part of my hectic morning schedule!
