I received your E-mail asking whether you "let me down" in any way. I've always received excellent service from Balfurd! The reason I'm not using the service right now is because I'm required to work at home. I'm just wearing jeans and t-shirts instead of suits and dress shirts. I realize that this probably hurts your business, but I promise to come back as soon as the world returns to normal!

You consistently do a very good job; however, the charge for an ordinary cleaning of a relatively inexpensive shirt, even if it is a designer brand, seems exorbitant. $18?
