Dear Balfurd Staff: Please understand that because of working at home and a more casual life we’re leading now, there is no need to clean and starch shirts as before. With my husband’s retirement soon, that is going to be the case from now on. So know it isn’t you and the fine work you do, it is the situation we are experiencing now. If you can pick up and wash/dry a bed cover (cotton comforter), we would Iike to get that done by you.
