The in-person contact was great BUT when I called earlier to see if the uniform was ready to pick up, the woman who answered the phone told me that she had already told me that it was ready??? I responded that "no, when I called last week, when it was suppose to be done, you informed me that there was a problem with a boiler and I was to check back again in a couple of days". No apology was given....just "I'll check to see if it's ready." This employee needs some customer service training.
Both the individuals I dealt with were delightful and very helpful. I was also pleased with the outcome of the piece of clothing that was dry cleaned.
Well done but a tad more expensive than I expected for a women’s 3/4 jacket n thin liner. 🤷♂️
Easy and convenient
Items were ready faster than forecasted, great.
Pickup was timely and organized. Driver left the shirts hanging on a hook over the foor.
