I like the various plans to accommodate different lifestyles, including a student one. So far, customer loyalty is rewarded and quality is consistent.
I recently brought 2 sweaters to hopefully remove glue. When I picked them up the spots were still there. I returned and had the good luck to interact with Nate. He couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating. He took the sweaters back to try something else and will get back to me.
