The work was well done however I feel the cost was over priced.

Hi there, I am on your list of accounts that needs pick-up service, which is a mistake. I think it was my mistake initially: I created my account and then dropped off some items for dry cleaning in person. I will definitely continue to do this! However, I do not have enough need for dry cleaning to require a regular pick up. Sorry for the confusion! Sam
