I had alterations on bridesmaid dress done by Lisa. She was wonderful, scheduling was easy, and the job was done with a very reasonable turnaround. I will definitely be back for alterations.

Lisa did exactly what I asked in cutting and hemming the drapes. I just thought they would have been ironed. In the past whenever I had work done at a cleaners they iron them. I am sure you rememember my first experience coming to you. I believe it was Marianne who gave me an outrageous estimate on a fairly simple job. Lisa did reach out but I had already done it by hand. Hi, Rita! If you ever need or want your alteration pressed or cleaned it is a separate charge. The seamstresses do not have the equipment necessary to press large areas or entire garments. We would send them to production at our North Atherton location where they have the capability to press them. Whenever you drop off your alteration, just let the customer service rep at the front counter know you would like the item(s) to be pressed after they are altered.
