Our youngest son is a school teacher that insists on dressing up almost every day BUT Mom (even though he is married) gets to do his ironing. He wears ONLY Ralph Lauren and I do not think they ever sold a wash n/wear shirt. Balfurd personnel do a terrific job on his shirts and since I have backlogged on about 50 shirts, it pays me to bring five at a time and take advantage of the five price - 5 pay for 4. Efficient, courteous service
Contrary to your email, this was not my first order. All have been handled very well.
The drop off was quick and efficient. They were clear on when my item would be available and asked if there were any spots requiring extra attention. My clothes were ready on time and it only took a minute to get them back with my receipt!
