Items are clean, pressed and returned in a most professional way. Pickup and delivery is always on schedule. I love the convenience of delivery to the home.

Your delivery service is a great service to have being I don't get to State College very often. The diver is professional and addresses me by name instead of just a Mrs.... The customer service person that I email is very helpful for I know anytime I have emailed her she has always responded quickly.

I have been reluctant to go to Balfurd cleaners because they are very expensive. I usually go to Philly a few times a month and take my shirts there because they are 1/2 the price but needed to get some shirts cleaned quick. I did set up an account and had my first pick up or 10 shirts. I did request Medium starch and the shirts came back with the labels stating No starch.
