Very prompt, polite service bringing item out to me in my vehicle, (somewhat handicapped). No problems, will continue to use Bakker's.
Yr counter clerk is not a very happy person. At times abrupt. I'm not willing to come in a place when I'm not sure of the environment 😕

Dropped off four Casper down pillows to be dry cleaned and upon pickup was informed that the outer material (the 5 layer casing for the down) was disposed of and replaced—apparently they accidentally did this without asking or informing me? They hoped I would accept just the half full down in low quality replacement fabric. After profuse apology from mgmt, all I asked was to be reimbursed for the cost of four Casper pillows, as I’d have to replace them. Nope. Unpleasant, rude workers. Came out here out of my way to pay triple price hoping my designer clothes will be properly taken care of, but should have just went to my local place. Very disappointed. This is speaking from 3-4 transactions. Not just one occurrence.

For the 3rd different time I've been charged $13 for a shirt. It had to be hand ironed b'cuz it was polyester. That's the last time.
