I took a very expensive riding boot to them to have the zipper repaired and asked if they could do it because it is difficult. They assured me they could. I will never ever go back ther... I will never ever go back there again, EVER!!! HORRIBLE customer service.... The female owner of the place is completely rude, lacked of any costumer service and they make you wait and don't make any eye contact. I brought two pairs of dress shoes there for soles to be replaced. She gave me a price (which I thought was a little on the high scale, but for a good repair it would be worth it). I...

I would not recommend this service to anyone. I brought my comforter in last week and was told I had to pre pay and when I came to pick it up I was charged again stating they nevere take pre payments (and it was the same lady from the week before) I know It was partially my fault to not double check that they had put the paid sticker on my item but come to find out you can¿t trust anyone., Not...

I understand this is a family owned business, but they are extremely over priced in their services. I would not recommend anyone to this establishment. I tried to get the heels on my shoes repaired and it was going to cost me $17 for ONE pair of shoes. I paid $20 for the shoes. I dont see how this is good business. I know a place in Altamonte Springs who will do the same thing for about $8 a...

I feel this business is crooked and should be closed. They destroy customer products and don't replace them nor do they give the customers money back.

I signed up SOLELY to rate this business. Customer service is horrendous. The male owner of the store is VERY rude and his tone codescending. I brought a pair of shoes to the merchant for repair on the strap. The female owner of the store accepted my repair job and quoted me a price that she documented on my HANDWRITTEN receipt. She even suggested I pay her that day, but I had declined....

I used this drycleaner for over a year until they ruined over $400 in clothes by spilling chemicals on them. They then told me i had rodents in my home???? and this was the reason for the foreign substance. They never apologized or even offered a refund for the error. DON"T USE THIS DRYCLEANER!!! terrible customer service!
