Have been there three times. Each time the people are rude. The work is mediocre to poor and expensive for what you get. They charged $8 to do a poor job gluing an espadrille. I am done. Probably the worst shoe repair I have ever had.
WORST DRY CLEANER EVER! They ruin your expensive clothing and refuse to reimburse you for the item, let alone offer or provide you with a refund for the cleaning! The manager actually got into a verbal altercation with me in front of other customers! I will NEVER TAKE MY CLOTHING THERE AGAIN and they will miss my 100 plus dollar per week business.

I should have read the reviews before taking pairs of shoes in for sole reattachment. Not only did this business do an overall shoddy job, but 3 of the 6 literally separated as I examined them and had to be redone entirely. Dried glue?
The worst customer service eve... The worst customer service ever. I had shoes repaired, a dress altered, and an expensive men's suit, dress, and two cashmere sweaters dry cleaned.
