One of the items that I dropped off was a white eyelet fabric sundress and when I dropped it off had no stains. Upon examination at pickup there was a chemical stain on the sleeve and another on the front, but the young man was very empathetic. He realized that it was chemical and stated "allow the dress to remain and give him the opportunity to have it cleaned properly". As a consumer I respect someone that exhibits good customer service and goes above and beyond to make certain I get what I paid for.
