I got there around 6:30pm, you guys close at 7pm. One person was sweeping, and the young lady was at the register. I gave her my ticket. It took her a couple minutes to find my clothes. I paid in cash. She asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. Is that you guys normal procedure? Other than that my visit was okay. A friendly smile would have been nice.
My first time, I must say, the overall experience was outstanding. My mother's clothes looked fresh and pressed well. Thank you to the great staff!
