The service usually exceeds my expectations, but this visit was very disappointing. I was charged almost what I paid for the dress. I was given poor excuses such as we had to remove your buttons prior. There were only two buttons. I was also told we had to alter your dress. I had the dress altered at a different dry cleaning facility before I wore the dress, so if I was charged for that as well I shouldn’t have been. I was also given the excuse that it was the sequins.
