The clothes were cleaned exactly. I was notified promptly when they were ready. The clerk was extremely nice and I was treated like a special customer.

I really like being able to take my clothes to a full service dry cleaners and American cleaners sure has a lot of experience. I did however run into a problem when I took a wedding dress to be cleaned and sealed. I went to pick it up and it had only been cleaned and hung with a plastic bag around it. I was very specific on what needed to be done and that I needed to pay the extra to have it sealed to preserve it in storage. I had to come back again so that they could seal it.
