Was very great customer service, especially to find out I was eligible for Veterans discount. The clothing came out looking very good as requested by me.

Great place! I will be taking care of all my dry cleaning here from now on. I was previously dealing with another place that would not have my clothes ready on time, lose my items, or damage them so its nice to come to a place that gets it right. I have to shout out Natasha too, for warmly greeting me and making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in the door.

I felt like your prices were too high. I had a coat dress, that would have been considered a suit very lightweight and you charge me $20 a piece for the jacket that was very sheer and a sleeveless dress than a pant suit. I love the work you do but I cannot afford you so I will not be coming back because of the pricing. I did not feel this was a fair price $40 for thin dress and jacket.

One of the greatest dry cleaners I know of my wife and I been using this dry cleaners for years. Unfortunately she isn't here any longer to give a great statement on the service that we receive. But for myself I will tell you Miss Lulu and the staff always willing to help you in any situation that you may have, the friendliness, respect and the generosity goes a long ways there. Customer service and attentiveness was very refreshing. This dry cleaner had been a staple in the community since I was a child. So, RESPECT..✊🏾 I brought one outfit consisting of a matching top and pants with a matching material belt. I will still have to iron the pants before I wear the outfit …the pants were not pressed well. The cleaning fee was nearly 30.00 which I felt was expensive and didn’t understand how pieces are categorized.
