This was my first time using this cleaners and three of my garments were lost. The manager at the cleaner's told me that because I waited a little over 30 days to report the missing items, that there was nothing that they could do. Although the manager admitted that an itemized list of garments was not provided to me when I dropped them off for cleaning nor when I picked them up for cleaning, she needed to verify that the garments described were indeed on their internal list. This is hands down the worst dry cleaner I have ever been to. Take your clothes here if you want them returned to you in the same condition you dropped them off. Yes the price is inexpensive, but there's a reason why. I've gotten my clothes back with even new stains that weren't there before. I pointed out a stain that was still present when I picked up my laundry and the employee stared at me blankly.
