Excellent work, each and every time!! Fourth time, at least, that I’ve had clothes hemmed for my somewhat unusually sized odd length legs (and I like things to fit professionally). Every time my clothes look great on the first try. They also hemmed a skirt for my train layout that was 102” x 50” and it came out just the way I asked for. The photo shows the openings I’ve made so I can access inside the layout.
A Cleaner World is absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I flew in from out of the country for a wedding that I was a bridesmaid for and my dress was very wrinkled. I was unable to get the wrinkles out with a hand steamer. The wedding was on a Saturday and I contacted them Thursday evening. They told me to bring the dress in Friday morning and it was done by 2:30 that afternoon. The dress was perfectly steamed! No wrinkles at all! Customer Service: The male manager (Sorry--I've forgotten his name) of this location was passive-aggressive and rude. However, Heather was both polite and accommodating. When there was an unexpected delay in my order, the staff member who was pregnant was also kind and apologetic. Timeliness/Cost: Because my order was very unusual, my gripes about how long it took (five weeks) and the expense are probably not valid. Natalie and her crew are fantastic!! I didn’t realize I left a wedding picture and some other items in my shirt pocket. They found them, before laundering the shirt, and returned them in a little envelope. How thoughtful and thorough! I’ve been coming here for 8 years and I will continue to do so! Thank you!!
I do not dry clean. I needed my graduation robe done and decided to do some other things as well. This was to ba a one time thing. I can honestly say that I am now a loyal customer. I witnessed a business that is a vital part of our community. The owner who is a very beautiful person, went out of her way to help when one of her customers was lost, even going ad far as not charging the gentleman for his dry cleaning who was able to help the lost lady. I will recommend this business and bring them my dress shirts from now on
