Such amazing customer service! They literally have curbside assistance that keeps you waiting in under a minute. The staff are super nice and welcoming. Had my dress cleaned in two days! Would definitely come back. Thanks!
We've used A Cleaner World for years, and they always do a great job! Most items are ready for pick up the following day by 4, and I've NEVER had any item of clothing come back damaged - not even a broken button. Nice kids at the desk and drive up is really convenient.
A cleaner world is my local go to for dry cleaners and I want to tell you why. I got married outside, in the rain. My wedding dress was, what I thought ruined. I dropped it off, hoping for the best & when I picked it up it looked almost brand new. I was so pleased. Several months later (thanks to COVID) we had our reception (also outside) & I wore another dress that I was for sure ruined by the time the night was over. We come here to have our comforters cleaned and have found them to be good, reliable and reasonable. We recommend using them for all your dry cleaning needs.
Not only is the dry cleaning the best in the area (and I've tried many), but the service is second to none. Just yesterday I picked up my dry cleaning. Attached to a hanger with a perfectly ironed pair of pants was an envelope. Inside was cash that I had inadvertently left in the pocket of these pants. If that doesn't speak volumes for the quality of personnel there and the attitude there, then I don't know what does. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
Just had an awesome experience at your store with DJ. When picking up for the first time, he took the time to explain to me the "Wild Wednesday" specials and gave me a magnet as a reminder. He also gave me a Frequent Cleaner Club card and invited me to come back again. Excellent customer service, if everyone is as good as DJ, you have a customer for life!
I dropped off wet sheets and towels to be laundered due to a broken washer. The clothes smelled like bleach when I picked them up 24 hours later. I also found them expensive. I contacted the Manger after I wrote the above review. I found my towels that had been washed two to three times previously were faded and dried out to the point of being very coarse. This was the most professional dry cleaner experience I have ever had. Staff was helpful, knowledgable and courteous. I will definitely be back!
Another order that has been yet again not even cleaned it seems i got it the same way i brought it in, it even had a smell to it like it had been sitting around soaking wet for days i do not know how or why there seems to always be an issue with this place i tried to give them a second chance and still seems nothing has changed!
