Manager Tim and the staff were incredibly helpful and quick to assist me in a wedding emergency. Another cleaner had wrinkled my wife's dress and stained my pants. They promptly went to work to resolve the mistakes from the other company and two hours later walked out with a wrinkle free dress and clean pants, ready for the rehearsal dinner. Thanks Tim and company for your help and cooperation.
A Cleaner World No. 207 on Ten Ten in Apex has made my world a better world! We've been taking our dry cleaning there since moving to the area in 2011, and have always been satisfied by their service. Outstanding customer service keeps me coming back! I've been a customer here off an on for over 7 years including a period where i tried other cleaners who seemed cheaper at first but seemed to be much better at returning my clothes with fewer buttons, less stitches, and poorer service. I'll admit there have been a few mistakes along the way, but the manager, Tim, has always been responsive and fair in handling them graciously. Mr. Rolle has always has a friendly face and he has been kind and attentive to my family's needs. One summer I couldn't find a job and Mr. Rolle employed me for a month until I found a full time position.
I went back to A Cleaner World for the first time since the manager, Tim Rolle, kindly stopped by my house to personally apologize and refund my most recent dry cleaning bill. Tim was there, recognized me by name, and informed me that everything that I was dropping off tonight would be dry cleaned for free (and I dropped off 19 dress shirts, a suit, and a pair of dress pants!). My family and I have been using this dry cleaners for over 5 years and we are extremely happy and satisfied with our dry cleaning and customer service. The owner, Tim, runs a great business with excellent customer service. I highly recommend A Cleaner World.
I've lost a quilt and a bedspread to this place and one quilt came back smelling super-chemical-y and shedding this weird kind of dust. Won't be going back. Not worth completely losing such large items.
Horrible quality - dropped off several high end table cloths that we use for trade shows. Came back more wrinkled than when I took them in. They're so bad that I now have to take them to a different cleaner to try and get the wrinkles out. And, the price is double what I normally pay. Won't be using them again.
The staff were nice and helpful to me during my visit but looked very tired which i think is partly because of the manager, as the lady was helping get my order complete the manager came out all crazy looking talking about is everything ok and what's the problem. Then he walks into his car and leaves before I can say anything. Every time I come he makes my pickup into a prosess. Now everytime I go I have to call ahead and make sure the manager isn't there so I won't have any problems
