Always friendly and respectful of the cleaning when it is being dropped off.
On balance Tide has done a very fine job. Their cleaning and folding of garments and laundry is exceptional. Their only malfunction was a week ago when they failed to deliver my laundry. I called them and with the help and initiative of Heather my laundry was delivered

I really need and appreciate the service because I have multiple health issues that makes it difficult for me to stand long periods, etc… I also appreciate that my laundry isn’t scented due to my asthma. The delivery gentleman, Fred is friendly, helpful and just a great person. . I hope the prices remain reasonable for me to be able to continue my service. I’ve been a customer for about two years now. I highly recommend their services. Thank you
