It was perfect
Fortunately when my gentleman who delivers comes when I am here so I may let him in.. I hope that continues to happen. In my first order there was a spot still on, the reason I sent the sweater. I called and they explained why it wasn’t removed—-to my approval. So far so good.
Every Sunday night, I get a text asking me if I wanna leave laundry out for pick up and every Thursday it is always returned. My clothes are neat and well cared for.

Getting an email with choice of pick up day is very helpful to plan. Just leave bags outside the door and a few days later clean clothes are hung the door in protective plastic. Credit card on file makes everything smooth. Excellent service.
