Pick up and drop off are always done on scheduled days, text reminders asking for pick up days/times are helpful, clothing cleaning results are excellent!
Jim is the absolutely best representative of Tide Cleansers in the world! Yes, our Tide Cleaners delivers an exceptional product (e.g., clean and crisply pressed clothes), but Jim makes customer service his main focus. For example, we forgot to put out our bag the other day and Jim called to make sure we were okay and did we still have laundry to be cared for. Who does that these days!
