I really need and appreciate the service because I have multiple health issues that makes it difficult for me to stand long periods, etc… I also appreciate that my laundry isn’t scented due to my asthma. The delivery gentleman, Fred is friendly, helpful and just a great person. . I hope the prices remain reasonable for me to be able to continue my service. I’ve been a customer for about two years now. I highly recommend their services. Thank you

While the overall prices in OH for dry cleaning exceed my experiences in NYC, CA and AZ, since I’ve been here my Tide Team has always picked up, cleaned and delivered to my full satisfaction.
They are very prompt and courteous. They text me every week to see if I have items to be cleaned.
I put my clothes out. They come and pick them up. They are always returned clean and just when they say they’ll be there. What more can you ask for??
