Suits are wrinkled, stains not off Some shirts are done well and some others are not! Pants are not ironed well like the suits
Was told to come back twice due to a delayed delivery truck ... and then shirt is lost/missing
My clothes were not ready on the date promised. Then when I picked up my order a week after the date promised the stain on my pants that I had pointed out to be cleaned was not cleaned. The young lady at the counter was very helpful in taking care of the failure to clean the pants but it delayed my order being ready.
I have never had an issue until my My designer pants were absolutely ruined. The fabric came back completely different and shrunken. The manager was so inappropriate and nasty about it initially. I was referred to a Jennifer who was also Rude and disrespectful & definitely does not care to address issues or take care of problems in a way that would be customer satisfying or appropriate
Brenda is a superb manager, however your prices are exorbitant. Going to move on...
Your pricing is ridiculously high. I paid 27.00 for a tablecloth, which was fine. I paid 43.00 for a cotton tee shirt dress and a rayon wrap skirt also, and that was just nuts. Will never return.
Firstly, I used to be a long-standing patron of Wesch for many years; but about 16 years ago, Wesch damaged 3-4 of my suits due to over-processing. When I came to pick-up my clothes, they had chemical burn holes in them; and I was never compensated. I brought in 2 coats that required zippers. Staff did not work with seamstress to determine zipper choice or length to fix. I stopped in 3 times to pick up based on information given...picked up 1 coat and now need to go back for 2nd. Please educate staff about need for zipper choice and 2 weeks needed to fix.
