I love the easiness of confirming next day visit by phone. I don’t like that shirts are not cleaned properly around the neck. I had to return 6 last time.
Tide just took over for my previous dry cleaner that I had been using for years. The transition was flawless and the service is as excellent as my previous provider. And I dig the logo ;)
