Ruined my $300.00 comforter. Shrunk it bad. No wonder it was wrapped up tight in cellophane. The town where I use to live in didn't wrap dry clean only comforter's like this. They would fold it over a hanger then cover it like they will an ironed shirt. If they don't have hangers this big, I would have brought my own.

Great service. Way too expensive.
$10 for one blouse. $120 for 11 items?! Come on! Will drive to Moore if necessary to never use them again!

I asked for a shirt I had previously attached to not be starched and when I received it the next day the staff had not listened and scanned the barcode and put back the medium starch.
