They lost a suit I was having them dry clean. The shirts I was having laundered have taken more than a week. I have used Walden’s for several years and they have done fine on stuff until now. Other people I know have lost suits there before though

People who drink plain milk with nothing in it are psychotic and need to be stopped
First time customer, I sent two jackets for dry cleaning, and Pros: sent in the morning and got ready the same day afternoon; sweet staff there with smiles all the time, and in time message reminder; clothes smell good , no chemical smell around the store, not very pricy Cons: the down garment still has some visible spots (normal dirt, nothing very special) both inside and outside after the dry cleaning. Most of spots should be washed out completely since the right hand is definitely better handled than the left hand site.... read more

I had been a loyal customer for 20 years and maintained an account with Walden’s and paid my balance monthly on time every month during that time period with out a miss a payment. Then I showed one day to retrieve my garment and I was told that I no longer had an account there and in fact they showed that I never had an account there. Wow 20 years as a dedicated customer down the drain. I subsequently paid for my last order and will no longer patronize this business.

Wesley, I’m sorry but during covid we had to change our charge account policy. It was a cash flow change that didn’t allow us the leeway to wait 30+ days on payments while business was down 80+%. Clothes are always neatly cleaned and pressed in a timely manner!!
Been using Waldens for 30 years with very little complaints.
Cleaning okay but pickup clerk was unmasked, rude and unhelpful. I was a new customer. Not sure I’ll return.

The dry cleaning was fine, it was the price that shocked me. I paid 90.00 for the same amount of items that I paid 62.00 for elsewhere. Needless to say I won’t be back
