Fred Walden worked at the store on Porter off and on from 1959 to 1968. In 1968 he took a job in Texas until spring of 1969. In May of 1969 Fred Walden met his wife Carolyn Walden at Sonic on Lindsey Street. They were married in December and for the first few months Carolyn worked at another job but it wasn't long before she came to work at Waldens Cleaners. I am only a part time employee of two different employers but I do enjoy dressing up for church and celebrations. Of the many times I have taken clothing to Waldens, I have always been pleased with my garments. Also the one day service is great. I did notice that your prices had a slight increase but after the past eighteen months and all the issues thrown at us…….I am a very satisfied customer.

I love same day service, and I appreciate the text letting me know when my clothes are ready! In my most recent encounter on 9/29, the you man the retrieved my laundry and checked me out, was especially positive and careful with my clothes when handing them over. Great customer service!
