Fred Walden worked at the store on Porter off and on from 1959 to 1968. In 1968 he took a job in Texas until spring of 1969. In May of 1969 Fred Walden met his wife Carolyn Walden at Sonic on Lindsey Street. They were married in December and for the first few months Carolyn worked at another job but it wasn't long before she came to work at Waldens Cleaners. I never have a bad experience bringing my clothes and costumes here, I’m a performer and get lots of makeup, glitter, and random stains on my costumes. Most recently brought in two pairs of white jeans and a shirt that used to be white but looked more cream but when I got it back it looked white again and I could not be more pleased with the magic they can work. And none of my rhinestones fell off or anything so bravo guys. 🙌🏽👏🏽
