Paid extra to have items folded, some items were inside out with the sleeves rolled into a ball in the front of the shirt with the bottom half folded over. As in not folded. Also still missing 3 shirts and a pair of shorts. (They never turned up) cost more in lost clothes that weren’t returned… nice people poor service.

Wrong starch…had to send back and do with out a few more days…but mistakes happen..and onward and upward

Our clothes were cleaned and delivered in a timely manner. I was very pleased and so was my wife.
My white pants were perfect, but the sweater came back with a broken zipper.

I dropped 2 suits and 1 dress shirt off on a Tuesday evening and I was told they would be ready on Thursday. I went to pick the items up on Friday morning. The suits were ready but the shirt was not. I was told I would receive a text when it was ready. I never did receive a text. I had to buy a new shirt because I needed the shirt that day.
