With the help of their children, Twin Oaks grew to 5 stores and over 80 employees. For 65 years Twin Oaks has remained with the same family. Three generations have been committed to carrying on the tradition of providing the best dry cleaning and laundry services in Houston.Â

The service experience was fine - very nice people at the counter, but my garment wasn't as clean as I was hoping - I came to Twin Oaks because I was hoping you could get it right - meaning, I don't mind paying more for better results.Â
Shirts were awesome, my husband is super picky and this is the only cleaners that have gotten his shirts right in 6 years! Thank you sooooo much!Â
The customer service was superb! Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and confident about resolving my cleaning issue. The owner contacted me personally to give me the results. I will recommend them to all my family and friends, especially on fine and luxury high end clothing! Absolutely satisfied! Â
