I didn't believe the hype when it came to this dry cleaners - everyone told me not to go, but they started taking carolina card for students so I decided to give them a try. I took six items to be dry cleaned and one to be hemmed. They accepted my six items without giving me an estimate, just took them off and told me to pick them up the next day. By far one of the worst cleaners in town. Rude staff who misquote pick up times, and didn't say that clothes are sent out just to be pressed. They do very little in house.

Worst tailor EVER! These people do not care at all! The hems on all three pairs of pants that they did fell out within a week!! My drycleaning was returned completely wrinkled, and they are the most expensive place in town. I would definately not recommend them! Cons - Do not go here!!
Damaged items YP.com Had dropped off some shirts to have cleaned. One was a very expensive College football jersy. Crimson with white letters and numbers. Jersey returned with numbers and letters fade to pink. When mentioned to manager - no offer to redo or replace. My wife got it clean by hand washing letters - still slight discoloration.
I go to the dry cleaner probably twice a month... much less than the average individual I imagine. So, I go to Tripps because it's convenie...
