BROUGHT IN SOMETHING WITH STAIN WHICH IS THOUGHT WOULD NOT COME OUT. ALTHOUGH YOU TRIED HARD IT COULD NOT BE REMOVED. YOU ABSOLUTELY REFUSED PAYMENT WHEN YOU DIDN'T SUCCEED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT. STAIN WAS TOO OLD. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS.
