BROUGHT IN SOMETHING WITH STAIN WHICH IS THOUGHT WOULD NOT COME OUT. ALTHOUGH YOU TRIED HARD IT COULD NOT BE REMOVED. YOU ABSOLUTELY REFUSED PAYMENT WHEN YOU DIDN'T SUCCEED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT YOUR FAULT. STAIN WAS TOO OLD. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EFFORTS.
Pickups and deliveries are perfectly coordinated. My clothes are done beautifully. I have been with Tres Bon for 20 years. I started the delivery service at the onset of the pandemic. I do miss the lovely staff , but am grateful for this. Marylyn Lamstein. Roslyn,NY.
