I drop off at the end of the week and they always have my items ready Monday afternoon, they are very welcoming and efficient.

If I could give no stars, I would. They told me it was ready on Wednesday but was not ready. On Thursday still not prepared, and they could not locate my item. They lost it, and I had a flight to catch on Friday and counted on it being ready. The place is incompetent, with odd hours of operation for a dry cleaner and an incapable business. I had to force the worker to call the cleaning center to locate it. He couldn't reach the manager and didn't offer to compensate me for the loss. This business can not be trusted.
