I had an amazing experience with Tower Cleaners in Quarry Park. I dropped off a jacket thinking I had two days before my nephew’s graduation, only to realize the event was actually the next day. After weeks of dealing with terrible customer service elsewhere, I was already fed up and now furious at myself for messing up the date. I called and left a frantic message, not expecting anything. The outfit is a dress with a dress liner, in two pieces, and it has a small amount of beadwork and patterns. It is less complex than it sounds. I spilled a drink on the front, where there is no pattern or bead work. Tower Cleaners successfully removed the drink marking, and it looks great. But, they charged over $50. I was given an estimate of $40, which seemed high, but more than $50?! That was the total cost of the outfit to begin with. Too much. I will try somewhere else next time.
