I don’t find the front end staff very courteous and the cleaning is quite expensive

I haven't liked the service at the Cranston location for a very long time. My most recent experience when I was told my clothes would be ready, and then they weren't as promised, has made me decide to go elsewhere. Your hours are terrible and still blaming COVID is a very bad excuse.
