I haven't liked the service at the Cranston location for a very long time. My most recent experience when I was told my clothes would be ready, and then they weren't as promised, has made me decide to go elsewhere. Your hours are terrible and still blaming COVID is a very bad excuse.

We’re sorry that the CSR did not take into account the stat holiday on Monday when she committed to having your cleaning back on Tuesday. We hope as things begin to return to normal volumes that we will be able to be open 12 hours a day but for the moment we can’t afford the extra hours of labour and are focusing on the highest traffic hours. Again, apologies for the miscue and hope you will be back.
