They need a better system in place for the rare time that an item is forgotten. I picked up an order and they gave me another (expensive) suit that had been there for close to 6 months!!! I received an email about the recent order but never for the one that was forgotten about. I worry they would have donated it had I not gone back with another order.
Cleaning completed within the time promised and was done well.

They always do a great job!!! I usually get the pick up and drop off at home. Never had a problem. Once in a while I drop my stuff off if I forget to put it out or go on vacation. Super friendly and the turn around is very quick to get my clothes back. Well done!!!
