I was in the Bakersfield location at on Allen this past Saturday around 330pm. The young lady that helped me was an assistant manger. Was customer friendly and had service with a smile. I had a coupon that didn’t get applied to my order but she took care of it. I just moved around the corner from that location and I’ll continue to get my laundry done there. I think the young lady’s name was Ashley
