Awesomeness...very courteous and on time...super professional.
Very helpful. Suggested the best way to handle certain brands of clothing. Was trying to get my dry cleaning done way better 4pm to help me out. Will drive out of my way to go to Panama Lane store, I'm located on Ming and Ashe.
This was the first time ever using a dry cleaning service, and it was a great experience. Right when I walked in, around 6:30pm I was greeted immediately. The young lady that helped me was very nice and got me speedy... Handled my order in a more than reasonable amount of time. We were in town visiting family and needed a quick turnaround on some cleaning. Everything from dropoff, to email notification, pickup was fast easy and hassle free. They made me feel like a 'regular'. If I lived here, I would definitely use these guys!

A young lady named Jessica helped me. I had some concerns about whether to launder a shirt or dry clean because I was afraid it might shrink. She promised to use cold water for me which I assume she did. What was really special was she found a valuable and very sentimental gold nugget with a diamond in it and handed it to me. This has been missing for some time. I hope you value her as much as I do. Not everyone would have been so honest and wonderful. Thank her again for me!!! Joseph
