GREAT customer service! I am a first time customer; recently moved here from Northern California. I was greeted with a smile and was even given a discount coupon for the 2 blankets that I brought in. The email telling me my blankets were ready to be picked up arrived earlier than promised. When I picked them up; another friendly smile greeted me which means a lot to me; happy employees reflect a company that I want to business with. THANK YOU!
Nothing, gals were great, polite and friendly.
Customer service was a bit lacking. Employees weren't very welcoming, but interaction wasn't bad. It could be better, but it didn't disc our age me from coming back in the future. Services are a bit pricey, multiple item discounts would be. Employees should try to be more sociable, I personally try tok chat up people when I walk into a business. It was almost like talking to a brick wall, but that's my opinion.
My comforter is clean, yet extremely wrinkley. The main reason I took it to the dry cleaners rather than washing it at the laundry mat is because of the wrinkling.
Great service and my dry cleaning was finished in two hours.
You did not drop the ball. I've been under the weather, but I will be back in near future
as always... excellent service. had a spot that wouldn't come out of my sweater. you spot cleaned it and it came out fine. the gall who did curbside service was pleasant, efficient and helpful. i don't go anywhere else for my dry cleaning.
